Data and permissions
Technical disclosure for the Veneris integration, updated October 3, 2026. This page describes the implementation; it is not a claim of certification.
Workspace connection
You sign in on Veneris and explicitly authorize one workspace. Veneris checks current membership on every read. Agency parent access does not automatically include child workspaces. The integration returns company-level prospect evidence and campaign summaries, not sender settings, passwords, contact email lists or message bodies.
Your AI client receives the tool output you request. Its own data policies apply to those copies. Disconnecting cannot erase information already received by that client.
Authorization records
Passwords are checked by the existing Veneris sign-in service and are not stored by this integration. Access tokens last up to ten minutes; connections expire after thirty days. Refresh tokens rotate. Reuse revokes the connection. Token values are stored as hashes; grant and browser-session records are stored in a permission-restricted local database. Expired records are removed by a five-minute cleanup cycle.
Revoking a connection stops subsequent reads. It does not delete your Veneris workspace or erase existing chat history. Workspace deletion requests are handled through Veneris support.
Public research
The service fetches only the public HTTPS page URLs you submit. It respects crawler disallow rules, blocks private network destinations and limits page size. The destination website receives a Veneris crawler request and the server IP. The app does not save research inputs or result bodies; they remain in the request and your browser session. Rate-limit records use a keyed network-address hash and expire automatically.
Operational logs
The integration does not deliberately log passwords, authorization headers, authorization codes, full tool arguments or result bodies. Its reverse-proxy routes disable access logging. Infrastructure security and error logs may still exist under the hosting configuration.
